Hatteras has some of the best charter fishing in the world. You'll find the Sea Creature is no exception to this rule. Captain Steve Coulter, affectionately known as "Creature", has fished out of Hatteras for 20 years, starting out as a mate, and working his way up to be a distinguished charter captain. Creature has enjoyed a successful career so far with many tournament wins including a remarkable two Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament victories just to name a few.
